Operator Principal AI Engineer AI Solutions at CarGurus

Principal engineer embeds AI into business workflows across functions, designs agent-based automation systems, and architcts production software that transforms internal operations.

Senior Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Who we are

At CarGurus (NASDAQ: CARG), our mission is to give people the power to reach their destination. We started as a small team of developers determined to bring trust and transparency to car shopping. Since then, our history of innovation and go-to-market acceleration has driven industry-leading growth. In fact, we’re the largest and fastest-growing automotive marketplace, and we’ve been profitable for over 15 years.

What we do

The market is evolving, and we are too, moving the entire automotive journey online and guiding our customers through every step. That includes everything from the sale of an old car to the financing, purchase, and delivery of a new one. Today, tens of millions of consumers visit CarGurus.com each month, and ~30,000 dealerships use our products. But they’re not the only ones who love CarGurus—our employees do, too. We have a people-first culture that fosters kindness, collaboration, and innovation, and empowers our Gurus with tools to fuel their career growth. Disrupting a trillion-dollar industry requires fresh and diverse perspectives. Come join us for the ride!

Role Overview

CarGurus is transforming how the company operates by embedding AI into workflows across every function — product, engineering, revenue, finance, support. It’s a software engineering role where the domain is the entire business. You’ll work directly with teams across the org to understand how work actually gets done, identify where AI can change the unit of work or shift where judgment lives, and build the systems that make it real. Some of that is agent-based automation. Some of it is workflow redesign. All of it requires someone who can architect and ship production-quality software, not stitch together SaaS integrations. This is not a Salesforce developer, Boomi connector, or low-code/no-code position, nor is it an enterprise architect or ML model training role.

This is a small, high-autonomy team reporting to the Head of AI Solutions. You’ll have outsized influence on how a publicly traded company with ~$1B in revenue adopts AI — not as a pilot or a demo, but as a structural change in how the business runs. You will be successful here if you are a product-caliber engineer who finds internal workflow transformation genuinely interesting — not a consolation prize, but the most leveraged place to be right now. You’d rather build something real that 200 people use tomorrow than something polished that ships in 6 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build AI-powered workflows and agent-based systems that transform how teams operate across the company.
  • Partner directly with stakeholders in revenue, product, engineering, finance, and operations to gather requirements, map existing workflows, and identify high-leverage opportunities for AI.
  • Build end-to-end — from scoping and architecture through implementation and deployment. This team ships, it doesn’t hand off specs.
  • Work with AI APIs and platforms (Anthropic/Claude, AWS Bedrock, and others) to build agentic systems, automation pipelines, and intelligent tooling.
  • Operate across a messy, heterogeneous environment — AWS infrastructure, Salesforce, internal services — without waiting for everything to be clean before you start building.
  • Help shape the technical strategy and standards for AI Solutions as a function.

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves:

  • 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience (no degree required; equivalent experience is fully accepted).
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals — you’ve built and shipped production systems, not just prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Python as the primary language for this work; comfort with additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience designing APIs, services, and data pipelines. You think in systems, not scripts.
  • AWS fluency — you’re comfortable working within AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or AI-powered applications — not just experimentation, but something that ran in production or was used by real people.
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy. You’ll scope your own work, make architectural decisions, and own outcomes.
  • Willingness to work across the full stack of a business — including systems like Salesforce that aren’t glamorous but are where the high-impact problems live.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with workflow orchestration or automation at scale.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (not Salesforce administration).
  • Background in recommendations, search, data science, or ML engineering.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders.

The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.

Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Position Pay Range

$172,000—$216,000 USD

Working at CarGurus

Our career development and corporate giving programs, as well as our employee resource groups (ERGs) and communities, help people build connections while making an impact in personally meaningful ways. A flexible hybrid model and robust time off policies encourage work-life balance and individual well-being. We welcome all

CarGurus strives to be a place to which people can bring the ultimate expression of themselves and their potential—starting with our hiring process. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We foster an inclusive environment that values people for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. That’s why we hope you’ll apply even if you don’t check every box listed in the job description. We also encourage you to tell your recruiter if you require accommodations to participate in our hiring process due to a disability so we can provide the appropriate support. We want to know what only you can bring to CarGurus. #LI-Hybrid

Operator Product Marketing Manager at Sift

Builds internal AI agents and knowledge systems to enable the GTM organization to produce marketing artifacts at scale while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Mid Posted about 19 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The role we’re hiring for

Most product marketing job descriptions you’ll read this week were written for the world before generative AI ate content production. This one wasn’t.

Product marketing at Sift is being rebuilt around a thesis: the highest-leverage thing a modern PMM can do is not personally write the pitch deck, the launch one-pager, or the competitive battlecard. It’s to build the knowledge systems, agents, and workflows that let the rest of the GTM org produce those artifacts at disproportionate throughput while maintaining our voice, our positioning, and grounded in the most current truth we have about ourselves, our market, and our buyers.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager, someone whose primary craft is building. You’ll work horizontally across all four of Sift’s product lines in service of our existing PMMs and the broader Marketing, Sales, and CS organizations.

If you’ve already shipped an internal agent on Glean, Claude, custom GPTs, or anywhere else and you can talk fluently about why your evals matter more than your prompts, keep reading.

What you’ll actually do

Build the source-of-truth substrate. Audit, organize, and unify what Sift knows about its products, competitors, ICP segments, sales motion, win/loss patterns, and customer language. Decide what lives where, what gets retired, what needs to be created, and what needs to be made machine-readable instead of just human-readable.

Ship internal agents that move the needle. Identify the GTM workflows where an agent saves the most hours per week or unlocks the most consistency: competitive Q&A for AEs, first-pass launch briefs, draft messaging for new campaigns, RFP support and build them. Measure adoption and quality. Iterate.

Equip the PMM team to operate at higher leverage. Help evolve the product marketing organization to focus less on hand-crafted deliverables and more on activities with strategic importance: sales enablement, message refinement, and researching the competitive landscape.

Set evaluation standards. Define how we measure agent quality at Sift: accuracy, voice fidelity, helpfulness, hallucination rate. Make sure what we ship gets better over time, not just bigger.

Be the team’s AI tooling lead. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new AI tools as the landscape shifts. Build the relationships and the muscle so we’re early to what matters and skeptical of what doesn’t.

Who we think you are

You’re someone for whom the last two years have been a step function in what you can produce. You’ve built things for fun, for past jobs, on the side. Not “I asked ChatGPT to write a term paper” things. Real things: an agent your old team still uses, a workflow that saved you a significant time, a custom GPT that does one job exceptionally well.

Specifically:

  • 3–8 years in product marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, marketing ops, growth, or an adjacent role where you produced GTM artifacts and felt firsthand where the work was repetitive

  • You’ve shipped at least one internal AI assistant, whether Glean, Claude, custom GPT, or similar that other people actually used, and you can speak to the design decisions you made

  • Comfortable with prompt engineering, retrieval design, and evaluation frameworks. You know why a system prompt isn’t a JD, and why “looks good to me” isn’t an eval

  • Have evaluated and selected AI tools for a team before, including the unfun parts: vendor procurement, auditing outputs, and getting people to actually use the thing

  • Fraud, trust & safety, or risk industry background strongly preferred. Time on the buy side, the sell side, or at a Sift competitor or adjacent player is a real plus

  • You write well. You can hold a brand voice. You’re not allergic to positioning, messaging, or launches, you just believe the leverage point has shifted

  • You’re comfortable being early. This role is being invented in real time, and your second month here will not look like your first

Bonus signals (not requirements):

  • Light coding fluency: you can read and modify Python or JavaScript, are comfortable with APIs, and have wired things together via MCP, Zapier, n8n, or similar

  • Specific experience with Anthropic’s Claude: Projects, Skills, Agents, or the API

  • You’ve written or spoken publicly about your AI work

What we’re not looking for

  • Someone whose primary excitement is owning a product line’s positioning and writing its narrative deck.

  • Someone who treats AI as a productivity hack instead of a craft. We want people who think about agents the way good PMs think about products.

  • Generalist enthusiasm without shipped work. The bar here is “show me what you built,” not “tell me what you’ve read.”

How to apply

Send your resume and include a link to or write-up of something you’ve built. A Claude Project, a Glean assistant, a custom GPT, a screencast of a workflow, a GitHub rep. Give us anything where we can see how you think when you’re designing for a user that isn’t you. One real thing beats ten polished bullet points.

Applications without a “what I built” artifact will get less attention than those with one.

Let’s build it together:

At Sift, we are intentionally building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity drives innovation, equity is a fundamental right, and inclusion is a basic human need. We envision a place where all Sifties feel secure sharing their authentic selves and diverse experiences with their teams, their customers, and their community – ultimately using this empowerment and authenticity to build trust and create a safer Internet.

What this role involves

About HealthCare.com

HealthCare.com is one of America’s fastest-growing insurtechs — and we’re on a mission that actually matters. We’ve combined advanced technology and data science to build smarter, more personalized health insurance products that cut through the confusion and put the right coverage in the hands of the people who need it. Less guesswork. Better decisions. Real outcomes.

We’ve helped millions of Americans find the right plan, raised over $200M, and built proprietary technology that’s rewriting the rules of an entire industry.

If you’re ready to do the most meaningful work of your career alongside a team that’s genuinely fired up about it — welcome home.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly technical and pragmatic Senior Applied AI / Data Scientist to help scale AI-enabled systems, analytics workflows, and internal data applications across the organization.

This is not a traditional research-focused data science role. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge business problems, analytics, engineering, and modern AI tooling to rapidly prototype and operationalize high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do

You will work closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and business stakeholders to:

  • Build AI-assisted workflows and internal tooling

  • Prototype and productionize LLM-enabled applications

  • Develop scalable analytics and decision-support systems

  • Improve self-service data access safely and responsibly

  • Reduce operational burden through automation and intelligent systems

  • Help evolve internal governance and semantic consistency practices

The environment is fast-moving, ambiguous, and highly collaborative. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, ownership mentality, technical versatility, and the ability to operate independently with limited oversight.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Applied AI, ML Engineering, or related technical roles

  • Strong Python and SQL skills

  • Experience building production-facing data or AI systems

  • Experience working with LLMs, AI tooling, orchestration frameworks, RAG systems, or AI-enabled workflows

  • Ability to independently scope and execute ambiguous technical projects

  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in cloud-based data environments

  • Strong systems thinking and debugging ability

  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, AWS, or modern analytics stacks

  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, or knowledge systems

  • Exposure to healthcare, fintech, marketplace, or other regulated/sensitive data domains.

  • Experience building internal tooling or developer productivity systems

  • Startup or high-growth company experience

  • Experience working across Data Engineering and Analytics functions

  • Experience evaluating AI governance, safety, or operationalization concerns

Working at HealthCare.com

Great work deserves great rewards. Here’s what’s waiting for you:

  • Health insurance that actually makes sense — Florida Blue PPO or HSA plan, and we put money in your HSA ($2K for you, $4K if you’ve got a family). You’re literally in the business of healthcare. You deserve good coverage.

  • Dental & vision — Delta Dental, Aetna, or Guardian for your teeth. Aetna/VSP for your eyes. We’ve got your whole face covered.

  • 401(k) with a match — contribute 6%, we kick in 3%. Eligible upon hire. Your future self will thank you.

  • PTO that respects your life — 15 days a year to start, rolls over, and you don’t have to beg for it. Plus paid holidays, because obviously.

  • 8 weeks paid parental leave — new baby, new adoption, new chapter. Take the time. We mean it.

  • Free EAP — confidential support for life’s messier moments. Mental health, legal questions, financial stress — covered, no cost, no judgment.

  • Life & AD&D insurance — company-paid, because we’ve got your back.

  • Working Advantage — free access to exclusive discounts on Disney, Six Flags, NFL tickets, hotels, streaming, dining, and hundreds more. Work hard, play harder.

Our Commitment

At HealthCare.com, we believe a diverse and inclusive team makes us stronger — and better at serving the people who rely on us. We’re committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining talent from a wide range of backgrounds and to building a workplace where everyone can do their best work.

HealthCare.com is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Position Summary

Virtuous is hiring an IT Systems & Automation Engineer to help build and scale the internal systems that power a distributed, cloud-first organization. This role combines Enterprise IT, automation engineering, AI enablement, and security operations to improve how the business operates, scales, and adopts AI-enabled workflows across the organization.

We believe IT should function as an engineering discipline focused on scalability, automation, security, and organizational enablement, not simply reactive support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, reducing operational friction, and helping teams move faster through thoughtful technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Reporting to the Director of IT & Security, you’ll design and automate workflows across identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS operations, onboarding/offboarding, and internal enablement systems. Success in this role is measured by scalable systems, reduced operational friction, strong security posture, and the organization’s ability to move quickly and securely.

Responsibilities

Automation & Systems Engineering

  • Design and implement automation across onboarding, endpoint management, SaaS administration, and internal workflows.

  • Build integrations and orchestrations across platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entra ID, ITSM, MDM, and asset management systems.

  • Leverage APIs, scripting, orchestration platforms, and AI-assisted tooling to reduce manual operational work and help drive AI-enabled productivity across the organization.

  • Continuously improve system reliability, automation coverage, and operational efficiency.

Enterprise IT & Identity Operations

  • Administer endpoint management platforms across macOS and Windows environments.

  • Manage core enterprise SaaS platforms, identity systems, RBAC models, and secure access workflows.

  • Design scalable remote-first IT operations that support a highly distributed workforce.

  • Maintain standardized configurations, documentation, and lifecycle management practices.

Security & Compliance Enablement

  • Partner with Security leadership to maintain strong endpoint posture, vulnerability remediation, and secure-by-default configurations.

  • Support compliance initiatives across SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and related frameworks.

  • Maintain audit-ready inventories, access controls, and operational documentation.

  • Participate in incident response, remediation, and operational security efforts.

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with teams across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve internal workflows and business operations.

  • Lead rollout and adoption of new systems, automations, and internal tooling.

  • Communicate clearly during incidents, migrations, and operational changes.

  • Partner with teams across the organization to identify, evaluate, and operationalize AI-enabled workflows and productivity improvements where appropriate.

  • Act as a force multiplier by improving how work gets done across the organization.

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, Systems Administration, IT Operations, or similar roles within a cloud-first organization.

  • Strong generalist experience across endpoint management, SaaS operations, identity and access management, operational security, and distributed workforce enablement.

  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing automation that materially reduces manual operational work and improves organizational efficiency.

  • Hands-on experience managing and integrating platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Entra ID / SSO platforms, MDM solutions, ITSM tooling, and asset management systems.

  • Experience with workflow automation, orchestration, scripting, APIs, or integration tooling (e.g., N8N, PowerShell, Bash, Python, REST APIs, Zapier, Workato, Make, or similar platforms).

  • Experience leveraging AI-assisted tooling and workflows to improve automation, operational efficiency, internal enablement, documentation, or organizational productivity.

  • Familiarity with modern security and compliance tooling including EDR, vulnerability management, endpoint compliance, conditional access, identity governance, and operational controls supporting frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or GDPR.

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills across endpoints, SaaS systems, enterprise workflows, and cross-functional environments.

What Success Looks Like

  • Most common IT workflows operate with minimal or no manual intervention.

  • New hire onboarding, provisioning, and access management are highly automated, reliable, and scalable for a distributed workforce.

  • Core enterprise systems remain secure, compliant, standardized, and operationally mature.

  • AI-assisted workflows materially improve operational efficiency, organizational productivity, and internal enablement.

  • The organization moves faster because internal systems and workflows reduce friction instead of creating it.

  • IT operational maturity improves over time through better automation, integrations, observability, and scalable systems design.

What We Offer

  • Market competitive pay leveraging Carta data

  • Employee recognition through Bonusly (birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc.)

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching- 50% match up to 6% of compensation after 90 days

  • We value our employee’s work-life balance and encourage taking advantage of Unlimited PTO

  • Supportive time off including paid volunteer days and company holidays

  • Employer-contributed healthcare benefits, encompassing medical, dental, and vision coverage, with plans available for dependents and choices for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

  • 12 weeks primary parent leave, 4 weeks secondary parent leave - full pay (adoption as well)

  • We pride ourselves on Community and host exciting company outings and events.

We’ve recently noticed an increase in recruitment scams where individuals are impersonating recruiters to obtain personal or financial information through fraudulent interviews and job offers.

Please note that all legitimate communication from Virtuous will only come from the @virtuous.org domain. If you receive a message from other domains, even if they look similar (e.g., virtuouscareers.org or virtuousjobs.com), they are not legitimate and we recommend disregarding it immediately.

And now we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to focus on building AI capabilities from the ground up in a greenfield environment, helping shape the foundations of how intelligence is embedded into the product. You will design and implement production-grade agentic workflows, pipelines, and AI-powered product experiences, going beyond simple model usage to create reliable systems that can deliver real business value.

This role requires strong ownership in evaluating frameworks, orchestrating deterministic and non-deterministic flows, and turning emerging AI technologies into scalable product capabilities. Will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior engineers across the organization to define architecture, drive technical initiatives, and help establish the engineering standards for AI systems in a production environment.

What you will be working on:

  • Design and ship production AI features end-to-end — RAG, agents, document understanding, conversational interfaces — across LangGraph / LiteLLM / pgvector / Langfuse.
  • Drive technical architecture for the AI product line: LLM orchestration, evals, observability, latency / cost / reliability tradeoffs.
  • Own AI initiatives technically — from spec through production, including rollout and post-launch eval improvements.
  • Code review and architectural feedback across the team; mentor engineers on AI engineering practices.
  • Build and evolve eval frameworks and quality measurement for AI features.
  • Collaborate closely with PM, Design, and adjacent teams to shape AI features that work for real users at scale.
  • Bring proven patterns from the LLM ecosystem (frameworks, agent patterns, MCP, tool use) into the team.

What we expect from you:

  • 8+ years of commercial software engineering experience (Python strongly preferred).
  • 3+ years of shipping LLM / GenAI features to production at scale
  • Strong LLM system design: latency, cost, reliability, eval-driven development.
  • Hands-on with RAG in production and agent orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent).
  • Tool use / function calling, familiarity with MCP patterns.
  • Experience with observability and evals for LLM systems (Langfuse, Arize, or equivalent).
  • Ability to own architectural decisions and review others’ designs.
  • English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

What experience will help you:

  • Document understanding / OCR / structured extraction domain.
  • Postgres + pgvector at scale.
  • LLM proxy patterns (LiteLLM or similar).
  • Mentoring / tech-leading experience - only as an ambassador, no plans to grow AI team

Operator Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Omada Health

Builds and deploys AI integrations using MCP servers, connecting SaaS tools and internal systems while working with department stakeholders to automate workflows.

Senior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. The Omada IT department builds and operates resilient, scalable services that empower everyone at Omada. Increasingly, that means putting the right AI capabilities in the right people’s hands.

Job Overview:

The Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer is a senior individual contributor who builds and expands Omada’s MCP ecosystem, connecting SaaS tools and internal systems via MCP servers, writing skills, composing tool bundles for different teams, and deploying them to the right people. You are the bridge between what AI can do and what Omada’s teams actually need it to do.

You will work directly with department champions across the company to understand their workflows, surface opportunities for AI-driven automation, and turn those opportunities into real, working integrations. Your daily question is: what new capability did I unlock for the company today?

This role sits on a small, high-impact team within IT that owns business process automation and agentic/AI-driven automation. You’ll partner with Senior IT Engineers, Automation and work under the Senior Manager, IT Automation. We’re hiring two people for this role.

You’ll use Omada’s MCP control plane, not as a system to babysit, but as the platform that lets you move fast and ship integrations safely. You build with security and governance in mind from the start because it’s the right way to build, not because someone else is watching the dashboards.

And you’ll document and socialize as you go, so the entire IT org understands this emergent technology and can multiply your impact throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

AI Enablement & Adoption

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for department champions across Omada, working with them to understand their day-to-day workflows and identify where AI-assisted automation creates real leverage.
  • Drive AI adoption across the company by deploying tool bundles that are actually useful, making sure integrations fit how teams work rather than asking teams to adapt to what’s technically convenient.
  • Run a continuous feedback loop: gather usage signals and qualitative input from champions, identify what’s working and what’s falling flat, and iterate accordingly.
  • Build lightweight documentation, reference examples, and enablement materials that help non-technical stakeholders understand what’s possible and how to request new capabilities.
  • Represent the needs of end users and champions when making integration decisions; you are their voice in the build process.

MCP Integration & Build

  • Integrate SaaS and internal applications with Omada’s MCP ecosystem by building and configuring MCP servers, adding tools, and handling authentication patterns including OAuth and webhooks.
  • Write skills that expose the right actions and data to AI agents in a clear, composable way.
  • Compose skills and tools into role-appropriate bundles, scoped to what each team and function actually needs, not everything at once.
  • Deploy tool bundles to ABAC groups, managing access so the right people get the right capabilities without overprovisioning.
  • Partner with the Senior IT Engineers, Automation on integrations that span MCP and workflow automation, ensuring handoffs and shared patterns are consistent.
  • Participate in design reviews for new MCP integrations to catch potential issues early and keep the ecosystem coherent.
  • Teach and mentor IT team members as you go. Be the SMEs that help us understand and internalize this tech.

Governance & Responsible Building

  • Build MCP servers and skills that follow least-privilege principles from day one, scoping access to what an integration actually needs, and nothing more.
  • Contribute to Omada’s standards and policies for MCP server onboarding, skill review, and access governance, as a practitioner who cares about getting it right, not as a compliance gatekeeper.
  • Ensure integrations handle data appropriately given Omada’s health data environment. Understand what data flows where, flag concerns early, and work with Security and Compliance when review is warranted.
  • Maintain audit-friendly integration configurations so that security and compliance teams have the visibility they need without heroic effort on their part.
  • Collaborate with Security on risk assessment for high-sensitivity integrations, and translate security requirements into practical implementation decisions.

Platform Craft

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the MCP control plane configuration and capabilities so you can ship integrations efficiently and troubleshoot confidently.
  • Identify gaps in the current integration library and propose a prioritized roadmap for new MCP servers and skills, informed by champion feedback and team-level demand.
  • Contribute to reusable patterns, shared templates, and internal documentation that raise the quality bar for everyone building on the platform.
  • Stay current on the MCP ecosystem, agentic frameworks, and adjacent tooling. Bring relevant innovations back to the team.

What Great Looks Like:

  • Ships new MCP integrations and skill bundles regularly, moves from “teams want this capability” to “teams are using this capability” with speed and confidence.
  • Earns trust with department champions by listening carefully, delivering on commitments, and iterating when something isn’t quite right.
  • Builds integrations that hold up over time: well-scoped permissions, thoughtful data handling, clear documentation. Don’t just build POCs that work on day one.
  • Operates autonomously but communicates proactively: stakeholders always know what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s coming next.
  • Thinks about the whole adoption curve, not just the technical implementation. Considers onboarding, training, and feedback from the start.
  • Demonstrates strong judgment about when to move fast and when to slow down and involve Security or Compliance.
  • Influences how the team builds by contributing ideas, patterns, and standards that make the MCP ecosystem better for everyone who relies on it.
  • Measures their own success by whether teams are actually using what was built, and digs in when adoption isn’t happening.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building with MCP; configuring or authoring MCP servers, connecting tools, writing skills, and working with agentic frameworks.
  • Strong SaaS API integration experience: REST, webhooks, OAuth, and the practical realities of connecting enterprise applications reliably.
  • Understanding of ABAC, access control, and governance principles for AI/LLM deployments, including how to apply least-privilege in practice.
  • Expertise working directly with non-technical stakeholders, understanding their needs, translating them into technical solutions, and maintaining the relationship through iteration.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving tool adoption, developer enablement, or similar change; not just building things, but getting people to use them.
  • Ability to write and maintain integration code (Python or similar). Comfortable authoring and debugging scripts, not just configuring UIs.
  • 7+ years of experience in a systems integration, developer enablement, internal tooling, or closely related role.
  • Strong communication skills; able to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to business leaders.
  • Strong ability to get abstract or specific with stakeholders. Can whiteboard data flows, think creatively on the fly.
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent integration projects.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

  • Experience working in healthcare or another HIPAA-regulated environment and familiarity with the data handling expectations that come with it.
  • Experience running AI adoption programs, internal developer advocacy, or technology change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI governance and MCP management platforms.
  • Experience with adjacent automation tools such as Tines, n8n, or iPaaS platforms, especially building workflows that complement MCP-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM) as they apply to enterprise SaaS integrations.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • …and more!

It takes a village to change health care. As we build together toward our mission, we strive to embody the following values in our day-to-day work. We hope these hold meaning for you as well as you consider Omada!

  • Cultivate Trust. We listen closely and we operate with kindness. We provide respectful and candid feedback to each other.
  • Seek Context. We ask to understand and we build connections. We do our research up front to move faster down the road.
  • Act Boldly. We innovate daily to solve problems, improve processes, and find new opportunities for our members and customers.
  • Deliver Results. We reward impact above output. We set a high bar, we’re not afraid to fail, and we take pride in our work.
  • Succeed Together. We prioritize Omada’s progress above team or individual. We have fun as we get stuff done, and we celebrate together.
  • Remember Why We’re Here. We push through the challenges of changing health care because we know the destination is worth it.

Operator Graduate Partner Trading and AI Merchandising Executive at Swoon

Builds automated data pipelines and leverages AI tools to manage product listings across retail partners while optimizing digital shelf visibility and conversion rates.

Junior Posted 4 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Mission

Swoon is an original, design-led brand utilising an innovative NPD process to discover the next home trends. As we expand our footprint across the UK’s leading retailers, we are moving away from manual data management toward a highly automated, AI-driven trading model. We are seeking a technical, data-native graduate to own our partner uploads for John Lewis, Next, and M&S. You do not need years of corporate experience for this role. Instead, we want raw analytical drive. You will build the automated data pipelines to ensure our listings are flawless, and you will leverage AI to ensure they actually sell.

What we are looking for

This is a dual-impact graduate role combining robust data automation with forward-thinking digital merchandising.

On one hand, you are a spreadsheet wizard and automation enthusiast. You look at manual data formatting and see an opportunity to write a script, build a macro, or deploy an advanced formula to eliminate human error entirely. You have an obsessive attention to detail and believe that clean data is the foundation of good business.

On the other hand, you possess deep intellectual curiosity about e-commerce growth. You do not want a product to just be visible on a website, you want to understand exactly why it sells, or more importantly, why it doesn’t and how to optimise it. You will be excited to pioneer the use of AI scraping and optimisation tools to track our digital shelf visibility, analyse competitor listings, and use data-driven insights to maximise our conversion rates on partner platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Automation and Partner Integration

  • Automated Uploads: Own the end-to-end data preparation and upload process for major retail partners (John Lewis, Next, and M&S), transforming raw internal product data into platform-ready formats.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Move us away from manual data entry by building and maintaining robust Excel templates, formulas (such as XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and dynamic arrays), or VBA and Python scripts to automate data validation.
  • Rigorous Data Quality Assurance: Act as the final gatekeeper for product data. Implement foolproof validation checks to ensure zero errors in pricing, dimensions, SKUs, and imagery before sheets are submitted to partners.
  • Partner Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical point of contact for partner portal errors, quickly diagnosing and resolving feed or upload discrepancies.

2. AI Merchandising and Digital Shelf Optimisation

  • Visibility Tracking: Deploy and manage AI-driven scraping and tracking tools to monitor Swoon’s actual visibility and search rankings on partner websites.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Drive performance rather than just pushing listings live. Analyse how our products are displayed, identify optimisation gaps like missing search terms or poor imagery placement, and optimise copy to drive sales.
  • Intellectual Competitor Intelligence: Use AI and analytics tools to benchmark our digital shelf presence against competitors, identifying emerging trends and structural gaps in partner ranges.

What this role involves

At NiCE, we don’t limit our challenges. We challenge our limits. Always. We’re ambitious. We’re game changers. And we play to win. We set the highest standards and execute beyond them. And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.

So, what’s the role all about?

  • You’ll operate at the crossroads of AI product strategy, (pre) sales and customer success.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers, and  go-to-market (GTM) teams, to define, develop, and launch conversational AI agents that power large volumes of live customer interactions
  • The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on agent design, requiring fluency in both business context and technical execution.

How will you make an impact?

  • Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the evolution, execution, and adoption of concrete AI initiatives.
  • Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.
  • Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects that receive maximum visibility both from customer side as well as from the NiCE perspective.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  • Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.
  • Surface data-driven action items and iterations that sharpen both customer outcomes and internal decision-making.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience).

  • An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.

  • History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.

  • Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.

  • You won’t be writing code daily, but you need enough technical depth to hold your own alongside engineers and PMs.

  • Capable of bridging the gap between ambitious product vision and working AI agents.

  • Experience with conversational design principles and customer experience strategy.

  • Practical understanding of what’s involved in deploying AI that reliably serves real customers at volume.

  • Skilled at using performance data to spot issues, mitigate risks, and iterate toward better outcomes.

  • Sharp written and verbal communicator.

  • Can distill complex technical detail into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity, able to make sound calls with incomplete information.

  • Effective at aligning diverse stakeholders and maintaining momentum across workstreams.

What’s in it for you?

  • Get deeply involved in building and launching AI agents at the leading edge of the industry.
  • Collaborate daily with product and engineering teams pushing the boundaries of enterprise AI at NiCE.
  • Build a distinctive skill set spanning AI strategy, conversational design, and customer operations.
  • Gain expertise that’s in high demand and short supply across the market.
